I was born and raised in Mill Creek, just outside of St. Augustine. Here, my grandparents owned a small general store called Horton’s Grocery. Often, strangers would stop in, sit down in a rocker to enjoy a glass bottled Coke and leave as a friend with an education about our family’s Minorcan roots. From the time I was old enough to talk, my sisters and I “worked” around the store. We thought it was just for fun, but really, we were learning all about customer service, hospitality and the importance of a firm handshake. The lessons didn’t stop in the store. My parents owned a roofing company, Mill Creek Roofing, where I learned customer service, permitting, building codes and inspection processes. My parents and grandparents have always been involved in property management and often bought and sold real estate. In the summers, my mom would put us to work rehabbing houses to re-sell or turn into rentals. It was hot hard work, but we all loved seeing the finished houses.

When I became a licensed Real Estate Associate, I joined Great Expectations Realty as their vision aligned with mine. I have since obtained my Real Estate Broker Associate’s license and am a member of the St. Augustine/St. Johns County Board of Realtors along with the Northeast Florida Board of Realtors. I have consistently ranked as one of the top producing agents at Great Expectations Realty and recently received The Good Neighbor Award from The St.Johns County Board of Realtors.

I strive to be a Real Estate advisor for my buyers and sellers, educating them on the market and keeping them updated on their property’s value on a regular basis. My goal for each transaction is to exceed my customers’ expectations by continually creating value, providing them with the confidence they need to refer their friends and family to me. I pride myself on being extremely responsive, efficient and knowledgeable and have built my business on referrals.

When I am not working, I enjoy spending time outdoors with my family or riding my horse. I love this community and am truly grateful to be able to help my customers with one of their largest investments.
