Cindy has lived in the Saint Augustine/Ponte Vedra area for many years and attended Flagler College in downtown Saint Augustine, where she graduated with a BA in Psychology. St. Johns County is number 1 for per capita income, for education, for health of its inhabitants, has the highest percentage of educated people, the second lowest unemployment rate and the best beaches (subjective, I know) in the State of Florida. Cindy first fell in love with the Saint Augustine area when she was a teenager, visiting the area during a school trip. She moved to the area from Central Florida in 2009 and purchased her home on Anastasia Island. Cindy moved to Nocatee in Ponte Vedra in 2017.
