Howard is a husband and father of 3 grown children. He enjoys sailing, golfing, cooking
and spending time with his family. Howard spent most of his career in the food industry
as a chef, in food sales and restaurant design. His key belief for helping his clients grow
their businesses is to fully understand their goals and create steps necessary to achieve
them, exceeding their expectations. He prides himself on being honest and
hardworking. 10 years ago Howard went after his dream of owning his own restaurant.
He found a passion in creating delicious food for people and developed a following in his family restaurant. His philosophy for success is to exceed clients expectations while treating them like family. In 2019, Howard moved his family to Saint Augustine from Rhode Island to be closer to extended family. Howard has been in sales for most of his life and now is pursuing his second passion in Real Estate. Throughout his life he has personally researched and helped many friends find homes and sell homes along with his own as a hobby. Although he still loves to prepare delicious gourmet meals he is committing his time in Saint Augustine to his second passion, Real Estate.
