Kohl is originally a Georgia native. He is originally from Atlanta Georgia. He went to Georgia college & State University in Milledgeville Georgia majoring in biology and played for the men’s basketball team for the school. After graduating. Georgia College he moved to Saint Augustine and attended Flagler college for one year. After college kohl went to play basketball professionally in France. With the season ending Kohl came back to the states to join his wife in St. Augustine and pursue a career in real estate.
