Lauren was born in Jacksonville, Florida to Dr. David and Sandy Beauchamp. She moved to St. Augustine in 1984 and grew up in St. Augustine Beach. She graduated from St. Augustine High School and then went on to study at Florida State University. After moving back to St. Augustine she opened and successfully operated La Belle Tantique Tanning Salon where she enjoyed one on one with the public and forming lifetime friendships.
Lauren and her husband have five children and enjoy spending time with their kids, whether it’s at the football field watching their boys play, kayaking with their girls, or fishing with the entire family. She has a love for her church and church family at Crescent Beach Baptist.
She has always had a love for people and helping others and believes this will have a tremendous impact on her real estate career where dreams come true from making a house into a home.
