Licensed since early 2016, I earned my stripes working in both Volusia, and Flagler Counties, before moving my license here to beautiful St. Augustine, where I am also a resident, located at the very heart of our Northeast Florida Real Estate market! I am a member of the NAR (National Association of Realtors), and an Equal Opportunities subscriber. Prior to Real Estate, I served in the RAF as an Aerospace Mechanical Technician, eventually becoming a Technical Author. On leaving the RAF I went to work in the UK Defense Equipment Sector continuing to work in a Technical Author/Quality Assurance/Health and Safety capacity. These combined skill sets have equipped me extremely well over the years, and are no doubt the driving force behind my ‘forensic style’ approach to real estate, thus protecting my customers best interests at all times! Hmm, a Brit in Northeast Florida eh?!... well, you would need to ask my dear American wife that one, who when we first met, was casually browsing for a Big Ben souvenir to take home to the States, whilst I on the other hand, was on me way to a pub lunch - and then 'Bobs your Uncle' here I am in sunny Florida, some pub lunch that turned out to be, and some souvenir she took home.
