Tenant Requirements & Helpful Information for New Tenants

All tenants will be required to complete a rental application, which includes a background and credit check.  Tenants are required to disclose any prior evictions, felonies, & lawsuits.  The minimum credit score requirements are 640.  There is a $35 Background Check fee & $65 Application Fee which are non-refundable.
  • Rent is due on the 1st of each month payable via the app or checks, no cash will be accepted. Should a tenant move in mid-month, the first month's rent will be prorated.
  • All leases require a security deposit, 1st and last month's rent, and a pet deposit, if applicable, to be collected at the execution of the lease.
  • Rental Insurance covering liability and personal property is required of all tenants and may be purchased through the app.
  • Please make sure all utilities are on and switched into your name before you take possession of the property. In order to make the transition as smooth as possible, it is best to call a few days prior to your move in date and they will schedule for whatever day you will begin occupying the property.  Utilities may include Electric, Water & Sewer, Trash, Cable, Phone, Internet & Gas.
