Ron began his early career driving semi-trucks for nearly 20 years when he realized he desired a change. Along with a new Millennium in the year 2000, a new beginning dawned and Ron’s dream of being a Realtor became a reality. Over these past 19 years Ron went from the beginning as a sale’s associate, to becoming a broker, and even opening and managing his own real estate brokerage that employed 22 agents. During that time Ron has held many awards and positions in the real estate industry, including being a certified negotiator, WCR 2010 Realtor of the Year, 2012 Instructor of the Year, as well as a Certified Instructor for Florida Realtors (listing contract) and a Florida Realtor Facility Member.
Ron held the position of Education Director for Saint Johns BOR for 5 years as well as MLS Director and Top Producer. Ron has been teaching at the board of Realtors for over 19 years and passionately sharing his knowledge.
He currently teaches a variety of classes every week in Saint Augustine Florida and is now certified to teach five different courses that offer CE credits.
