With over a decade in the Hospitality Industry in Orlando, Florida managing sales teams and operations for premiere event design and logistics, entertainment, and food and beverage companies, Tiffany Marie Carrion has returned to her Northeast Florida roots to join a real estate legacy in picturesque St. Augustine, Florida with Great Expectations Realty. 

Tiffany brings a very diverse professional skillset to real estate which is influenced by her time working in the event, hospitality, and catering worlds – she believes that a property should be tastefully designed, ready to host a special celebration, and smell like home. 

Upon graduating from the University of Central Florida in 2008, Tiffany was recruited by the number one Destination Management company in Florida, Hello Florida, where she combined her eye for tasteful design with her love of forging relationships to oversee event design, vendor relations, and product education for the company. Through numerous successful events, programs, and relationships fostered while at Hello Florida, she eventually joined the Metropolis Productions family as General Manager in 2010, where she worked hand-in-glove with a variety of Entertainers, national celebrities/talent, and several of the most prominent and prestigious properties in the Orlando area and throughout the US. 

In 2017, Tiffany moved over to Food and Beverage, joining the 4 Rivers team as the Catering Sales Director, overseeing Catering Sales Managers in 6 Markets all over Florida as well as Atlanta, GA for one of the fastest growing BBQ restaurants in the Southeast. 

In addition to her professional achievements, Tiffany’s resume includes a Chair position with her Alma Mater, the UCF Rosen College of Hospitality Management’s Alumni Chapter, and a two-year Presidential Term with the National Association for Catering and Events (NACE) Orlando Chapter. Since moving back to Northeast Florida she has helped to found a BNI Chapter where she currently serves as Vice President and she is a member of the Rotary St. Augustine Beach Satellite Chapter as well as the St. Johns County Chamber of Commerce.
